I’m Mike Perrault, founder of MTPH Software. For more than two decades I’ve helped organizations modernize technology, strengthen security, and turn innovation into operating capability—without the noise of a traditional development agency pitch.
I started MTPH in 2008. Since then we’ve built and launched products across mobile and web, including a portfolio of 80+ applications on the App Store and Google Play, alongside SaaS products we continue to operate. That product experience keeps our advisory work practical: architecture, security, AI, and delivery decisions that hold up in the real world.
Today I work primarily as a Fractional CTO and AI transformation partner for growing businesses—especially companies without a full-time CTO who still need executive technology leadership. The focus is clarity: roadmaps, vendor accountability, cybersecurity and identity, and AI programs that improve workflows with governance—not experiments that stall.
