SmartWizards make Procomm Plus a snap to set up, and the unique Connection Directory gives you one-screen access to all your phone and on-line entries.

• Windows 2000 Support - In addition to Windows 95, 98, NT 4.0 platform support, version 4.8 is Windows 2000 Ready. This means Procomm 4.8 will be one of the first Terminal Emulation products to support the Windows 2000 platform.
• Antivirus Scanning - All file transfer procedures under terminal emulation or FTP include Norton AntiVirus Scanning that will prevent the spread of malicious code.
• Electronic ASPECT Manual and 47 Sample Scripts - Includes complete ASPECT Scripting Manual/Instructions (as a .PDF) and 47 sample scripts. (Previously sold separately.)
• Increased Reliability - Through comprehensive testing and tough QA standards, version 4.8 provides users increased terminal emulation and file transfer reliability. This is an overall enhancement to Procomm's 36 terminal emulations, 11 file transfer protocols, FTP and Telnet support.
• Symantec's LiveUpdate - Exclusive Symantec web-based one-click updating technology. Ability to easily update Procomm when future patches and updates become available. Eliminates time consuming updating procedures.
• Phone-list Conversion Utility - Users will be able to convert their Procomm Faxing Phone list data to a file format WinFax PRO can access and import.

• Improved Install and Upgrade Process - Utilizes InstallShield install technology along with improved Symantec User Interface and Wizards.
