Total Time for Delivery: Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to receive payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time for the shipping service you select. This can range from 1 to 2 business days for in-stock items.
Order Processing Time + Shipping Time = Total Delivery Time
IMPORTANT: Our warehouse does not process orders on weekends or holidays, nor are deliveries made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Holiday and weekend days should not be considered when calculating your delivery date. Most in-stock items usually ship within 1 - 2 business days after the order has been processed.
Business days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Please allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for weekend orders.
Return Policy: All products are covered by manufacturer's warranty.
If your title is defective, contact our technical support department (within 30 days of the invoice date) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Defective products will be replaced upon receipt of product. MTPHsoftware.com will gladly and promptly replace any product where the media proves to be defective with the same product type free of charge provided the product is returned within 30 days of invoice date with all original packaging.
Restocking FEE:There will be a 25% restocking fee for all items that are returned excluding an item defect or replacement.
A Return Merchandise Authorization will not be issued for any reason other than for the return of a media defective item for replacement. Returns for stock adjustment purposes will not be accepted.
Please Note: The RMA Number must appear on the outside of the Packing Box upon the return of your product. If your return has not been assigned an RMA Number, MTPHsoftware.com will not process the return. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges to return the package to them. All returned products must be shipped in the same or comparable shipping box to guarantee the return in sellable condition. If the customer selects to ship the product back in which the product is smashed and/or not resalable due to the type of shipping method they selected, MTPHsoftware.com will not be held liable nor responsible for crediting the customer for the return.
International Order Returns: The Customer will be responsible for return freight, Taxes, Duties, brokerage fees, and any other costs related to returning the product(s) to MTPHsoftware.com.
