With an easy grip, vertical design, the PT-1400 is designed for everyday use in the office, in the field and on the go. With outstanding features like easy-swap tape cassettes, bar code templates, built-in general, telecom and data symbols and the ability to automatically number your labels, the PT-1400 provides a unique solution to your labeling needs.  Using the new "Flexible ID" tape, built-in templates and rotated text, labeling cable and wires is now easier than ever. Whatever laminated tape you use, standard, extra strength or flexible ID, the PT-1400 is the perfect solution for labeling in the harshest of environments and toughest of conditions.

The handheld design is powered by 6 AA batteries (included) or optional AC adapter (not included) and provides rubber grips for secure handling.  Professional features include built-in bar codes and symbols which allows you to print vertically, horizontally, rotated and more.  It is easy to use with the built-in templates and LCD display that guides you.
