Join the temperamental Roz as a member of the CDA (Child Detection Agency) and tag as many human items as you can while delicately balanced on a seesaw. Your Mission: Collect all of the items on the screen without falling off the seesaw Scoring: Each item collected is worth 5 points
As an added bonus, there will be occasional objects moving across the screen that the monsters can use to get a power-up. Power-ups will include:
Golden Feather - Allows the monsters to float in air, slowing him down.
Red Rocket - Speeds the monster up and propels it to the Second Screen.
Star Power - Allows the monster to take anything in its path.
Extra Life - Gives you an extra chance.

In the city of Monstropolis, the monsters must be very careful to avoid contamination by anything that belongs to human children. They even have special teams of monsters, CDA Agents (Child Detection Agency), dressed in bright yellow anti-contamination suits to handle such emergencies. In the style of a classic arcade game, these brave monsters will fly through the air and tag-team to collect toxic materials.
The game begins with two CDA monsters, one on a see-saw and the other set to jump onto it. When he jumps and lands on the see-saw, the monster will launch the other off the see-saw and attempt to grab, or destroy items at the top of the screen for points.
Each monster can only affect items that match their color.
When the first monster returns to the bottom of the screen, he must land on the unoccupied side of the seesaw in order to catapult the second monster into the air. If the monster is not caught on the seesaw, then you lose one chance. You will begin the game with only three chances.
As the game progresses, other color-coded CDA monsters will be waiting along the sides of the screen to be "tagged" into the game.
Second Screen: To reach the Second Screen, up high in the air, you must land the CDA monster on the Trampoline that is moving back and forth above the rooftops. Once you reach the Second Screen you can use the Left and Right Arrow keys to move the CDA Trampoline to keep the CDA monster bouncing. The movement of the CDA Trampoline directly corresponds to the Seesaw down below at ground level.
In 2 Player mode, players alternate when one player loses a turn.
